钢板外置入的后柱螺钉，建议用空心钉。

Taking the place of the drill, a 2.5mm in diameter K-wire will make the drilling much more uneventful.

it is safe to put a length of infusion tube over the K-wire，which will prevent neorovascular structures from being enwound.
